Heritage Partners is pleased to announce it has been engaged by Walton Global to lead retail leasing efforts for Westphalia Town Center. Anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, this new shopping center will offer shop space and pad sites directly fronting 55,000 cars per day, just two miles from the I-495 Capital Beltway.

The development will include over 300 new residences, joining the broader Westphalia community of more than 3,000 homes.

Sprouts Farmers Market Announced as Grocery Anchor at Westphalia Town Center

“I am extremely excited that Sprouts will be an anchor tenant in Westphalia,” said Aisha Braveboy Prince George’s County Executive. “My administration has been working closely with At-Large Councilmember Wala Blegay, District 6 Council Member Danielle Hunter, and the community to ensure that an elevated grocery experience that provides organic and locally-grown produce is a part of this community.  We look forward to welcoming Sprouts to our County! As such, I have instructed my administration to make this a priority project.”
