With nearly 30 years of experience, Warren “Bud” Duckett is a well-respected commercial transactional and leasing attorney in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Bud has represented developers, purchasers, sellers, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in commercial and mixed-use projects.

He spent his earlier years practicing commercial real estate law at regional and boutique law firms on behalf of companies in sophisticated developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing needs. These include Kimco Realty, Prudential (PGIM), BP Petroleum, RED Development, and The Strittmatter Companies.
